Official Rules for Top Talent Karaoke Contests:

Eligibility and Entry
Entry is free of charge and open to all patrons present during event hours. Registration is conducted on-site on a first-come, first-served basis; no pre-registration is available.

Selection Process
This interactive showcase selects participants via a Random Number Generator once per hour from the active pool. Participants must remain present at the time of selection to maintain eligibility. Winners are selected based on audience applause which is measured and scored with a specialized decibel meter to maintain fair selections. 

Awards and Disclosures
Prizes consist of gift certificates or medals; no cash or cash-equivalents are awarded. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
